1. Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manages Vendors’ relationship
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the products
- Manages the inventory stock
- Perform product demo and training to our Sales and our Channel partners
- Develop Sales Tools and Collateral
- Drive the Sales Force to hit the Sales / GP targets
Requirements:
- Proven ability to influence core-functional teams without formal authority
- Minimum Diploma in IT /Computer Science (degree is preferred)
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching new products
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prefer Singaporeans and PRs Only

2. Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily customer/RMA services operation & coordinate with branch offices
- Responsible in daily warranty/RMA services/phone queries with customers & vendors
- Responsible in all products RMA related inventory control and Data Recovery Support
- Responsible in checking of all products serial numbers and tracking
- Support in road shows or exhibitions
- Coordination to both customers and vendors
Requirements:
- Min 1 to 2 years experience for candidates with “O” or “N” levels
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Able to conduct basic product testing will be an added advantage
- Must be interested in IT hardware’s / software’s
- Must be able to work well with other departments to provide a complete solution
- Able to start immediately
- Prefer Singaporeans and PRs Only

- Source for new customers

Requirements:
- Fresh diploma in any discipline
- 2 years sales experience for candidates with “O” or “N” levels
- Must be able to deliver professional sales presentation
- Must be able to work well with other departments to provide a complete solution
- Candidates with prior experience in this industry will be given senior positions
- Candidates with keen interest in telecommunication industry should apply
