(Position 1) TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- 3 years of technical/desktop support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in MS Win98/2000/XP, MS Office, MS Exchange, Linux, and Mac
- Knowledge and experience on Server, Storage, and Network applications
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
- Microsoft certified engineer or equivalent
- Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may apply
(Position 2) TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF
Responsibilities:
- 1 year of technical/desktop support experience
- Knowledge and experience in MS Win98/2000/XP, MS Office, and MS Exchange
- Knowledge and experience on PC Network setup
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Related qualification in IT
- Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may apply
(Position 3) TECHNICAL SUPPORT CUM STORE ASSISTANT
Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Able to read,write and converse in English & Mandarin
- Physically fit to carry goods when required
Responsibilities:
- Assemble storage products and perform product testing
- Ad-hoc duties (related to store eg. pick and pack materials for shipment)
